No access to a scanner?
I am unable to supply scans of 2 utility bills and a copy of my passport/driving licence, but I will send via registered post the photocopies of these documents within 7 days of the service starting to: IBT, 2 Viewpoint Office Village, Babbage Road, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2EQ

In the event of the documents not been received within 7 days, the service will be suspended and a £50 reconnection fee will be applied.
 
Liability Acceptance:
I confirm that I am the owner, partner or a director of the company applying for the provision of IT and Telecoms services from IBT Managed Services Ltd. In the event of non payment of any outstanding balances owed to IBT Managed Services Limited I personally guarantee payment of all outstanding balances incurred while using the services provided.

IBT Managed Services Ltd will use all legal powers to pursue any debts incurred while using the services subscribed.
  Part 4: DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE
Direct DebitDirect Debits can now be setup on-line or over the telephone in addition to the original postal method.

All normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply. No changes in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building Society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by writing to your Bank or Building Society, with a copy to us.
